Focusing on the independent appraiser, provides instruction in file management, photo storage, activity logs maintenance, file scheduling, and generation of loss cover sheets. Students will be aided by file tracking software.
12 hours of instruction over 2 days in advanced file handling techniques,
including both lecture and practical lab sessions.
National Appraisal Institute requires that the student possess high school level of education. Additionally, the student should have either completed NA01, be currently employed as an appraiser/estimator, or have previous estimating experience.
Students must participate in 12 hours of instruction to receive a Certificate of Completion.
To receive a Certificate of Completion, students must receive a score of 70 or better on a multiple choice final exam.
