Vitaly Kozlov Over the past 18 years, Vitaly Kozlov has written countless estimates for insurance companies as an independent appraiser, insurance company staff appraiser and as a shop estimator. He has owned and operated an independent appraisal company and several automotive repair facilities as well. Other areas of expertise include auto damage appraisal consultant, expert witness, diminished value claims and obtaining recorded statements for insurance companies. Mr. Kozlov is also an authorized Vehicle Appraiser in the state of Oregon in accordance with ORS 819.230. Through National Appraisal Institute Vitaly Kozlov has successfully trained individuals for over 10 years, and former students have since been gainfully employed in the automotive appraisal field.
