At NAI, our comprehensive three-month training program is conducted using actual damaged vehicles, not photographs or scaled down models.
Students will learn to evaluate collision damage through both instructional and practical training sessions.
Upon successful completion of this course, a student will be able to write timely, accurate, and complete estimates.

Students will learm to accurately locate and assess all vehicle damage.

	Photograph & document damage		Determine correct part-type usage
	Analyze frame/ suspension damage		Determine total losses & ACVs
			Perform cost- benefit analysis
